Nicole can come directly to your kitchen. She will teach you some great techniques and leave you with yummy food in your fridge and some great new recipes. She can teach you how to prepare Raw, Vegan, Vegetarian and Meat dishes. She also specializes in Gluten free dishes which are nutritious and delicious and help to promote well being and balance. With a special emphasis on super-foods, her goal is to educate and share techniques that make these dishes less intimidating. Each class will be 2.5 - 3 hrs hours in length and will consist of 4 different dishes. She hopes that her students walk away, inspired to eat a little healthier and armed with some healthy new recipes.
